Damaged goods
If on delivery the goods appear to be visibly damaged then you should not accept delivery and notify us immediately. If the goods are not visibly damaged on delivery but are subsequently found to be damaged inside you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange collection and replace the goods immediately subject to stock availability.
Mis-shipments
We work hard to ensure that the right product is shipped to you but in the event that an incorrect item is shipped, please contact us and we will make arrangements to pick up the package and ship the correct lamp to you. All shipping charges will be paid for by us.
Incorrectly ordered lamps
If you ordered the wrong item then we will be happy for you to return the lamp and we will replace with the correct lamp. Such items can only be returned for credit within 7 days of invoice date and must be in as new condition. We will arrange a refund for the full cost of the incorrectly ordered item but delivery charges will be deducted and we reserve the right to levy a 15% handling fee.
Returns procedure
- All lamps to be returned for credit or replacement must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please fill out the attached RMA form and fax or e-mail back to us.
- All items must be complete and in their original packaging. We recommend that additional packaging is provided.
- A copy of the RMA form must accompany the package. Returns without RMA forms may be quarantined or refused.
- If you are shipping the lamp back to us all related insurance charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded or credited.
Warranty
Warranty ranges from 30 to 90 days from date of invoice depending on the manufacturer. The warranty cover is written on the invoice. After this period we offer no additional warranty and disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
AV Globes shall not be liable under any circumstances for any consequential, incidental, special or exemplary charges arising out of or in any connection with the purchase or use of the products, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or any claim based on indemnity or contribution, or the failure of any limited or exclusive remedy to achieve its essential purpose or otherwis
